Diagnosing a Bad Inverter in RV

Half of the outlets are not powered, and the green light on the affected inverter is not lit. The Vegatouch indicates that inverter number two is not powered or charging. Shore power is connected and both lines are confirmed to be outputting 120V. The breaker/thermal on the Magna Inverter chassis is not popped. Questions include whether AC flow works if the inverter/charger is faulty, if the AC power doesn’t flow through during an internal failure of the Magna, how to test if the inverter is faulty, and whether there are GFCIs in the rig.

The heating element also shows continuity. The AC side does not produce hot water after 2 hours of operation. What steps should be taken next to diagnose the AC heating issue?
