There is no water getting from the fresh water tank to the fresh water pump in a 2017 Dutch Star 4018. The pump works when tested with auxiliary lines and a bucket of water, and the inline pump filter screen is clean. The motorhome has been set for 14 months with shore power after draining and refilling the water system to sanitize it twice.

Run a snake up the water line into the fresh water tank, or use air to blow up into the tank to remove any blockage at the tank exit.

Check the two winterizing valves to ensure they are in the correct position.
