Long story short, my suspension was destroyed during my travels As you see in the first two pictures and I ended up at Buc ees in Colorado. I contacted master certified Rv Repair. Zeb Was very responsive and knowledgeable. He came out to the site immediately to see if he could assist me in getting moved if I needed to which luckily I didn’t. Zeb came out the next day and had the whole suspension replaced in six hours so I could continue my travels. The work was immaculate. I am writing this review after putting approximately 400 miles on the replacement suspension that has zero issues. Although many of us do not wish to have this type of Incident while traveling, I would not hesitate in the slightest to give him a call for any future problems I would have at his area. I would actually try to drag it to his location to have him work on it He was highly professional and provided answers to all questions. In today’s environment of sometimes Shady work by someone claiming to be an RV technician, it is quite refreshing to find somebody who actually takes pride and is very knowledgeable and good at his job.
