Great experience with Aric at RV Trek! We are considering buying a slightly used RV and wanted an independent inspector to check out the RV before we got too far in the process. I reached out to Aric and I could immediately tell that he was knowledgeable in the field and going to be good and thorough with the inspection. He clearly laid out the scheduling, fees, processes, communications and what he would provide as part of his service. His scheduling process was straight forward and his fee was well worth the price for us. He communicated during the inspection and provided a lengthy report on all areas of the RV with pictures and videos. This really helped us as we live very far from where the RV is located. The inspection report tool was easy to read and create a "request list" for the items we wanted to resolve. Aric is great with follow-up and answering any questions from the inspection. Luckily nothing major was found with the RV and we hope to purchase soon. I highly recommend using Aric for an inspection as it definitely gave us peace of mind as we wouldn't have been able to look deep into the RV like he did.

The front Dometic Penguin 2 fan motor does not start on its own. The motor, starter capacitor, relay, and run capacitor have been replaced. The fan operates when manually assisted.
Experiencing an issue with the trailer brake system. The front axle on my dual axle camper trailer stopped turning while pulling into a campsite, dragging and creating a rut in the grass. Received an error message about servicing the trailer brake system. After stopping, I unplugged the 7-way connector and reinserted it, allowing the trailer to roll again, but the error message remains. I cleaned both the plug and socket with an emery board and CRC contact cleaner. Still receiving the message when plugged in.
Looking for suggestions for a portable A/C unit to supplement the dash A/C in an RV during a 7,000 mile trip.
A 2004 Holiday Rambler Endeavor produces a loud beeping noise when the parking brake is released and the RV is in gear. The beeping stops when in neutral. All jacks are fully retracted. Automatic transmission fluid was added according to the manual, but the beeping continues. What else can be checked?
I replaced the outer skylight shell on my Winnebago Vista and used Sikaflex 715 for sealing. It has good adhesion but is not leveling as expected after 2 days. I am concerned about water drainage from the skylight. What are your thoughts on improving leveling, and should I consider scraping it off and starting over?
