Generator maintenance! Exceptional service

Kevin came out to my house, diagnosed a problem with my air conditioner. Apparently, the vent is inadequate for releasing the heat, and that's why the air conditioner condenser shuts down. He took my vent off the camper and told me he was going to fix it and open it up more or find a better part for me. I text him every 2 to 3 days asking for any kind of status update, and i'm being completely ignored after I was so kind to him. I brought him cold water and brought him a dessert, i behaved in a completely grateful way when he was here, i've been very patient. But now we're at two weeks, and I can't even get this guy to respond. I'm wondering if he's helping me at all, or just keeping the part to my camper? I'm getting really upset. I spent a lot of money the day he was here $450. What kind of customer service is this? One day he responded, saying he would call me, and then he didn't. I don't think I can refer this business due to the lack of communication and him blatantly ignoring my requests for status 4 times in two weeks. Very disappointed.
