JB Mobile RV did a pre purchase inspection for us on short notice . They coordinated a time with the seller and were polite and professional. They were thorough and did not over charge. Very happy with the service and would recommend them without hesitation.

Took my rv over there for several repairs, they had it over a month, was supposed to reseal the roof plus some electrical repairs, I picked it up and he said the house batteries were dead and that was the electrical problem and he said they did the roof, which they didn't and it's leaking, so basically I paid him over $500 for nothing!! Then he says it was a spot repair on the roof? I never told him to do that, I told him to fix it, the whole thing! Damn!

Having trouble getting the lights to work with the plug-in cord for a 26 GMC 2500 Denali set up for flat towing. A company installed Blue Ox baseplates and an Air Force One braking system, but the wiring is not functioning correctly. They tried a Curt plug-and-play kit and a Blue Ox diode kit, but the lights still do not work. Seeking advice on resolving this issue.

Diagnosing a Bad Inverter in RV

Half of the outlets are not powered, and the green light on the affected inverter is not lit. The Vegatouch indicates that inverter number two is not powered or charging. Shore power is connected and both lines are confirmed to be outputting 120V. The breaker/thermal on the Magna Inverter chassis is not popped. Questions include whether AC flow works if the inverter/charger is faulty, if the AC power doesn’t flow through during an internal failure of the Magna, how to test if the inverter is faulty, and whether there are GFCIs in the rig.

Trailer Brake System Error Message

Experiencing an issue with the trailer brake system. The front axle on my dual axle camper trailer stopped turning while pulling into a campsite, dragging and creating a rut in the grass. Received an error message about servicing the trailer brake system. After stopping, I unplugged the 7-way connector and reinserted it, allowing the trailer to roll again, but the error message remains. I cleaned both the plug and socket with an emery board and CRC contact cleaner. Still receiving the message when plugged in.

Fresh Water Line Issue in 2017 Dutch Star 4018

There is no water getting from the fresh water tank to the fresh water pump in a 2017 Dutch Star 4018. The pump works when tested with auxiliary lines and a bucket of water, and the inline pump filter screen is clean. The motorhome has been set for 14 months with shore power after draining and refilling the water system to sanitize it twice.
