Expedition Mobile RV Services was very flexible with email as the method of communication as we do not have a US call/texting plan. Jana replied promptly were able schedule our repair for the next day wich was a Saturday in Watchman campground. We were notified that they were available to arrive an hour or two earlier than expected. This worked for our schedule. Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able resolve and fix the problem. The service charges were very reasonable considering the distance he had to travel. The service charge for travel and labor was a lot less than what I paid at home in Alberta for a Mobile service call, even considering the exchange rate USD-CAD. Excellent customer service. I would call Expedition Mobile RV Services again.
I replaced the outer skylight shell on my Winnebago Vista and used Sikaflex 715 for sealing. It has good adhesion but is not leveling as expected after 2 days. I am concerned about water drainage from the skylight. What are your thoughts on improving leveling, and should I consider scraping it off and starting over?
The SW6DE water heater provides electric and propane heating. The propane side works, and the AC side has been tested for a stuck toggle switch, continuity, and resistance with no issues found. The heating element also shows continuity. The AC side does not produce hot water after 2 hours of operation. What steps should be taken next to diagnose the AC heating issue?
I am removing the HWH kick-down jack for repairs and need help with the pivot bolts. They are 1-5/15 hex head, 7/8" diameter bolts. I have applied penetrating oil but they are not budging. Has anyone had this issue removing the pivot bolts? What is the installation torque for these bolts?
