The SW6DE water heater provides electric and propane heating. The propane side works, and the AC side has been tested for a stuck toggle switch, continuity, and resistance with no issues found. Difficulty Removing Pivot Bolts on HWH Jack

I am removing the HWH kick-down jack for repairs and need help with the pivot bolts. They are 1-5/15 hex head, 7/8" diameter bolts. I have applied penetrating oil but they are not budging. Has anyone had this issue removing the pivot bolts? What is the installation torque for these bolts?

Converter/Inverter?

I need a replacement converter/inverter for my 5th wheel. Have 2 12v batteries hooked up in parallel. I am a volunteer park host for Fresno county, California, and am 'permantly' located so use 12v system for the 22v lights etc only. And need to keep batteries charged.
