I live at Bristol Kingsport KOA have for nearly 16 years. I have had some serious health issues. Was in the hospital having stints put in. Came home to a leaking camper. I was figuring on getting the materials I need and do it myself. I did it before but when I told my daughter my plans she told me i didn’t need to be nor was I able to climb on the roof we hanged up and it wasn’t but a few minutes till Rhonda, co owner of the camp ground sent me a message that Jig Jerm would be there Monday to give me an estimate. He showed up on schedule which is commendable, because getting someone to show up to begin with is very disappointing, but he looked my camper over and gave me a price, and I know I was not nor have been able to do anything like that in a couple years. They spent the first day pressure washing and really gave it a good cleaning, scrubbed the top till it was white came back the next day and taped it and sealed any places that could be a problem. Put new seals and I realized already that the job I did was really inadequate to what I had already seen. Came the next day and rolled the sealer on and they didn’t just roll it on like i would have done but it was an A1 job. I was actually impressed at the work they did when they cleaned the roof they also cleaned the entire exterior of the camper. I can see out my windows. Then day 3 came back and removed the painters tape and made sure that everything was done properly. Put seals and trim on that needed replacing. I am like anyone else sometimes we think we are paying a lot of money but for the ones doing the work they are just trying to make a living like all the rest of us. I had my own business and I can say it’s not all profit like we assume there are a lot of expenses we don’t think about or how easy something can go wrong or happen and you can lose your profit. Before they were even near done I realized that what I was thinking a lot of money was a more than fair price I got a very professional job that will last a long time to come. And their work ethic is of the best caliber I got my money’s worth and more. I am very pleased with everything. I was impressed with the effort and quality of their work. If you have had a camper for very long you know how hard it is to get a good repairman. If they even show up. In the 16 years I have seen a lot of rv repairmen and I have seen a lot of jobs that turn out to be an expensive disappointment and the good ones don’t seem to hang around long. I have done a lot of things to campers I have owned and I know for a fact it’s not nearly as simple as it looks. A person good at what they do will make it look a lot easier than what it is. And these men are very professional and do quality work. The don’t just do roofs they can do anything from the wheels up and unlike a lot of repairmen they don’t destroy you camper doing it so all in all I got my money’s worth. I am more than satisfied. I Am like most old people. We can’t do near what we used to do and I know that and getting just anyone because they might be cheaper turns out to be an expensive decision. If it hadn’t been for Amanda my daughter and Rhonda i would have ended up with a mess. And that’s one thing about Rhonda in all the years I’ve been here she cares about people. I consider her and her family my family after all these years and I have a great family. She saved me from one of many screw ups. I would highly recommend Jerm and his crew for any rv repair. I’m thankful that they were the ones that did my camper. And they show up and don’t put people off that is a plus with any type of business. Especially these days. Quality and dependability are two things our country is losing. More all the time. No one here at the KOA has had a problem with their work and I heard them say they work in a fifty mile radius. From my own business that is good. With the highways we have now it’s a perfect radius. So I’ve written a short story. But just wanted you to know that Big Jerm and his crew are there when you need them and have the tools and knowledge to do any job.
I am having a hard time finding replacement glass for the rear slide out sliding window. It is double-paned, measuring approximately 25"H x 48" L.

I have a 1996 Newmar Kounty Aire 5th Wheel and want to install an Onan 4.0 RV GenSet. Is an outer case necessary for installation, or is it mainly for sound and heat protection? Also, the ID tag is worn and I'm unable to read the specs. Can anyone provide information or direct me to a manual or specifications?
