When I left my Flying Cloud Bambi at RV Master Tech I felt confident they would do an excellent job and they did. I brought it in on a friend’s recommendation; I was very impressed with the personal attention and thorough workmanship. They even sourced a part and replaced it in true Airstream style. Love them!!

Diagnosing a Bad Inverter in RV

Half of the outlets are not powered, and the green light on the affected inverter is not lit. The Vegatouch indicates that inverter number two is not powered or charging. Shore power is connected and both lines are confirmed to be outputting 120V. The breaker/thermal on the Magna Inverter chassis is not popped. Questions include whether AC flow works if the inverter/charger is faulty, if the AC power doesn’t flow through during an internal failure of the Magna, how to test if the inverter is faulty, and whether there are GFCIs in the rig.

Difficulty Removing Pivot Bolts on HWH Jack

I am removing the HWH kick-down jack for repairs and need help with the pivot bolts. They are 1-5/15 hex head, 7/8" diameter bolts. I have applied penetrating oil but they are not budging. Has anyone had this issue removing the pivot bolts? What is the installation torque for these bolts?
