We had very serious issues with our current set up in our RV. The Inverter was not inverting, it was not communicating with the other devices and nothing honestly worked very well. We could get no AC out of our unit, very frustrating and basically not able to use the RV. Jordan said he would take a look at it, asked if we could leave it for a few hours and voilà he called us back, we were all up and running and it is a miracle. Thank you Jordan so much for your wonderful work. we are now connected through our portal and can be monitored by Jordan as we travel. This is a service well worth the cost, especially considering the complexity of these newer RV set ups ,not much user-friendly.
How long can RV tires remain mounted if driven only about 200 miles per year, protected from the sun and showing no signs of dry rot?
Having trouble getting the lights to work with the plug-in cord for a 26 GMC 2500 Denali set up for flat towing. A company installed Blue Ox baseplates and an Air Force One braking system, but the wiring is not functioning correctly. They tried a Curt plug-and-play kit and a Blue Ox diode kit, but the lights still do not work. Seeking advice on resolving this issue.
Half of the outlets are not powered, and the green light on the affected inverter is not lit. The Vegatouch indicates that inverter number two is not powered or charging. Shore power is connected and both lines are confirmed to be outputting 120V. The breaker/thermal on the Magna Inverter chassis is not popped. Questions include whether AC flow works if the inverter/charger is faulty, if the AC power doesn’t flow through during an internal failure of the Magna, how to test if the inverter is faulty, and whether there are GFCIs in the rig.
I am removing the HWH kick-down jack for repairs and need help with the pivot bolts. They are 1-5/15 hex head, 7/8" diameter bolts. I have applied penetrating oil but they are not budging. Has anyone had this issue removing the pivot bolts? What is the installation torque for these bolts?
