What chassis upgrades, such as new shocks and a rear track bar, can help reduce side-to-side rocking and improve ride comfort on a Fleetwood Bounder on a Workhorse W22 chassis?

Installing a heavy-duty sway bar can reduce side-to-side rocking. Shocks can improve behavior somewhat, but a sway bar is likely to provide better results. Search for 'sway bar on Workhorse chassis' for more information. Additionally, check YouTube videos by Kevin Caudell on Workhorse topics.

Replacing shocks with softer shocks for a smoother ride can increase the rate of side-to-side rocking and leaning. Anti-roll or sway bars are common solutions, along with stiffer springs. Airbags or air springs at each corner, kept separate, can also help.

A track bar can reduce tail-wagging when a truck passes but may not significantly reduce rolling on the Workhorse chassis. A Saf-T-Plus steering damper in the front may also be beneficial. Adding a track bar and a Saf-T-Plus can improve driveability and comfort.
