Extended Warranty

I need several things repaired on my Motorcoach, Do you worl with Extended Warranty Companys? If so, here is a list of what I need repaired.
1. Spare toliet doesn't flush,
2. Aqua Hot does not work ( previous repair person replaced the currit board but still not working.
3. Fresh water tank doesn't work.
4. mattress in living room leaks.
5. I have 3 units on top for air and heat. The issue is anytime the weather drops below 40 degrees the heaters won't heat..
6. Generator doesn't work.

Concerning the issue with your heat, make sure that the area around the three units on the roof is clear of snow or anything that would restrict air flow. Inspect the coils to make sure they are not frozen and have turned into blocks of ice. The reason the heat is not working is that if your unit is newer you don't have heaters you have heat pumps. They work by pulling heat from the ambient outside air. If the temperature drops, usually below 40 F, then there is not enough heat in the outside air for the unit to extract. The key to these units is to as mentioned, make sure nothing is blocking or restricting air flow around them.
