My passenger side tow mirror was hit and the mirror part did not break, but now the mirror itself won't hold the position it needs to be in to be useful. It almost seems stripped. The arm that it's on is fine. Can the mirror part be replaced or do I have to get a whole new arm as well? There appears to be a small hole on the side of the mirror where it is mounted, but it looks like it needs a special tool .
