RUST CONVERTER 32 Oz.

Description

Rust converter is not a paint but a chemical process for treating rusted surfaces. Rust converter works by binding with iron oxide to chemically transform rust into a black polymer that prevents future rust from forming. Once cured, the coating is ready for the primer or topcoat.
