30-Day Labor Warranty

MobileRVService.com stands behind qualifying repair and maintenance labor performed by our own technicians and Elite Partners. This page explains who is covered, what the warranty includes, what it does not cover, and how to request help.

Who is covered

The 30-day labor warranty applies to work performed by MobileRVService technicians and Elite Partners when that work is completed through MobileRVService.com.

It does not apply to work performed by independent marketplace technicians you may find through our directory or search tools. Marketplace providers set their own terms and warranties.

What is covered

  • Labor on the original repair or maintenance task. The warranty period is 30 calendar days beginning on the date the eligible work is completed.
  • If the same labor-related issue reoccurs within that period, we will work with you to arrange warranty labor through a MobileRVService tech or Elite Partner, subject to the limitations below.

What is not covered

  • Labor or service from independent marketplace technicians.
  • Parts, materials, shipping, travel fees, or other charges unless expressly included for that job in writing.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or problems unrelated to the original labor.
  • New or unrelated issues that appear after the original service.
  • Claims submitted after the 30-day period or without enough service details.

How to make a claim

Contact MobileRVService.com customer support within 30 days of your original service. Include your name, where the RV was serviced, the service date, and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or records before approving warranty labor.
