Extended Warranty

I need several things repaired on my Motorcoach, Do you worl with Extended Warranty Companys? If so, here is a list of what I need repaired. 1. Spare toliet doesn't flush, 2. Aqua Hot does not work ( previous repair person replaced the currit board but still not working. 3. Fresh water tank doesn't work. 4. mattress in living room leaks. 5. I have 3 units on top for air and heat. The issue is anytime the weather drops below 40 degrees the heaters won't heat.. 6. Generator doesn't work.

Fresh/Potable Water Tank

Since it is getting cold, I am using the fresh tank, as the hoses are going to freeze and campground shutting down water tonight. What should I be doing to sanitize this? I wont drink from it, but still do not want mildew.... Thanks
