Leaving a 1 start review for price and communication. We had Melvin come out to check out one of our units on our toyhauler, we were told it was $125 service fee to come out + parts (fine by me) - he was there for less than hour, hooked up a machine to our unit told me it needed to be replaced, that was all. It ended up costing $300 because it’s an extra $175 to tell me it’s not working I suppose! This could’ve been communicated beforehand.
