Hot water heater was leaking. Called Jim that morning and he came within 2 hours. He worked with the extended warranty company to approve the diagnosis and claim. Within 2 days, he installed a new hot water heater. We will definitely use Jim for all our RV issues and will recommend him to others in the RV park! He went above and beyond to help!!! Best customer service we have experienced in a long time!
