Winterized?

I just bought my 5th wheel and have no hot water. It had antifreeze in the lines, but I cannot get hot water - I assume this water heater bypassed somewhere, but cannot find it. Should this be outside or inside?

Alde Heat System Fluid

I have an Alde compact 33010 heating system in my RV. I know that those have to have the fluid exchanged every two years. I'm pretty sure it is an old fluid type because it's yellow. Do I need to do anything with it before spring?

Airstream Roof

I have a 2004 Airstream - the roof looks like it is peeling and has white paint on it. Does anyone know what the paint type is for this? Can I do it myself or does it need sanded? Thanks in advance
